Last updated: 2 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using UTM Campaign Toolkit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a free, browser-based tool that helps you build, validate, and encode tagged campaign URLs (UTM parameters) and generate related QR codes. The Service runs in your browser and does not require an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

You are solely responsible for the destination URLs you tag and how you distribute them.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated URLs will perform as expected in every analytics platform. You should always test your tagged links before launching a campaign.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTM Campaign Toolkit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-party platforms and trademarks

The Service references third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta solely to help you format links correctly. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by its operators and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The links and QR codes you generate are yours to use.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the tool handles data — in short, your campaign data stays in your browser.

9. Changes to the Service and terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. When we update the terms, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
